The Technology of NWO membrane recycling system |
|
NWO recycling systems are the result of ongoing product development which
was started in 1981.
More than a decade worth of experience in this highly specialized field
is reflected in a comprehensive range which ensures optimum problem solutions
in all types of recycling applications.
Features:
|
All tube elements manufactured from
high grade stainless steel |
|
Modular design approach to facilitate
system extension at a later stage |
|
Automatic process control, therefore
minimal operator involvement |
|
Service friendly design, all main
components easily accessable in spite of the compact space saving design |
|
Closed circuit flow principle allowing
for the recovery and full utilisation of all chemical agents |
|
No chemicals or flocculent additives
required during the recycling process; therefore no danger of increasing
salt levels |
Fields of application:
Recycling of |
|
oily emulsions in the steel processing
industry |
|
effluent from cleaning and degreasing
systems |
|
waste water from workshops, engine
and gear box remanufacturers, and similar equipment reconditioning
outlets |
|
all types of effluent water subsequent
to the analysis of samples |
Closed circuit recycling method
First choice in: |
|
degreasing installations |
|
phosphating systems |
|
all types of cleaning systems |
